While trying the demo with a Dualsense controller it was only showing Xbox controller icons.
Polish language is 9th most popular on steam, btw. very active community. Would be nice to add subtitles. Without it You sell significantly less copies, bcs. story and game need deep understanding to have fun of play.
They will be adjustable in the full version yes - but it's also possible that the current setting config isn't compatible with those being adjustable. Are you playing in fullscreen, windowed, or borderless windowed?
Try clicking (and holding LMB pressed) on the slider and moving your mouse left/right.
Also, cascade shadow distance scale destroys shadows (near the player at least) quality when it's set to high or ultra (shadows start to flicker and become pixelated).
And if you have shadows quality on medium, then even having cascade shadows distance scale on medium turns shadows into blobs of dark matter.
