Egg Bug?

I've spent days collecting enough eggs to make a boiled egg. Finally had the boiled egg delivered this morning (day 11 I think), but it disappeared.

I went to Allison to make the egg tea and her daily quest was for bon bon stuff. I had all of that in my inventory so the next time I spoke to her it auto completed rather than letting me choose to cook food first. Could this have used the boiled egg?

The bon bon recipe doesn't include boiled egg, but idk where else it could have disappeared to. Super frustrating having to start on egg times all over again.

Would the devs consider changing Allison so you can either choose to cook or complete quest when you talk to her?

They take loot for quest without asking for permission, even if it is in your stash inventory.

Yeah, it's a bit annoying. Was very excited to finally finish up his tea egg quest and hopefully get that last log for Flamey. Back to egg 1.

Wolfbear appeared the next day with a bunch of eggs. Looks like that Allison mission with the timing was intentional.
