Finish your tasks before upgrading Mr. Kit!

To anyone just starting out, be warned! Don't purchase any upgrade (the book item) from Kit until you've done everything you need to for the day.


Why is it that Kit feels the need to close his shop immediately when I purchase the upgrade? Can't he just not be insane and wait until the end the day to do that?

For such a chill game, it's frustrating to keep encountering these ridiculous time wasters. No wonder people "time travel".

Now I have to wait until tomorrow so that I can buy a story item from the shop because Kit has decided he doesn't like money. He's just gonna stand there, taking a big ol nap while rocking back and forth like a tree in the breeze. "Restocking my wares" my foot!

I pretty much count on getting that fruit tree and berry bush from him every day, and now that has also been ruined. Instead of a fox, this guy should have been a skunk because this really stinks.

As to that last sentence... yeah, the game bears (no pun intended) that out, so far.

That mr. kit upgrade thing screwed me over too. And since I am new to the game, I'm running around aimlessly because the kit fellow says come back "later" not "tomorrow"

I feel your pain. At least I haven't run into anymore of that kind of thing.

I'm at about 88 days now and well...the berry bushes, fruit/nut trees and flowers are definitely not an issue anymore. Eventually, it's actually just too much. I don't even bother harvesting them for long periods of time.

The chores became chores. Funny that
