Halloween quest Ms. Carouse

It is two days in a row I get quests from Ms. Carouse which I cannot fulfill. She wants some specific clothes, which I cannot purchase from Mr. Kit or Ms. Carouse or get from other quests. So that means that I cannot "Trick or Treat" other bears to get eggs/candies. Luckily I get some of these items from digging but it seems little bit not fair, coz I buy all possible Halloween clothes in advance and still cannot finish quests. Is it suppose to be like that?

Look through your closet. You may already have something that fits the bill. There will be an ! on any qualifying clothing item. It doesn't matter an exact item name just that is has the right tags. I have either already had them or been able to buy them.

My closet is definitely the first thing I check. Any clothes with the right tags have a "!" icon on them so it makes it easy to tell at a glance if I already have something that fits the quest.

Yep, I checked closet, Kit`s and Ms. Carouse`s shop (several times), nothing there, no exclamation mark. Needed item was in wolf`s shop, I was short on wolf`s coins so couldn`t buy it anyway.

same 3 days in a row, it's the orange, fall festival, mysterious, festive face mask. I don't have and i haven't been able to buy it anywhere
