Various issues with summer update.

1. if you have your net raised and the critter disappears or moves to backpack you can get stuck with your net raised and only quiting seems to restore control.

2. Bag bugs can not be dropped (they immediately run back into your bag), they can be thrown without issue.

3. While the first recipe cook time is reduced any following times are reset to 1 hour (at least thats what the recipe shows.

I sure I forgetting something but I'll report later.

Ps... All the above issues are from the switch version of the game.

My machete broke and it won't let me select it to repair it and it won't let me use it... I guess that's a new bug?

About 2.: The bag bugs are supposed to crawl back into your inventory - you have to throw them into the water or burn them to get rid of them (it was said in the update info).

I have not seen the complete patch notes (again I'm playing on the switch) but the notes in-game only mention dropping,throwing and storing (I think), so someone playing the game without knowing about the patch notes may only have that to go by, I see if I can find the complete notes and maybe that will answer my issues. thank you for the info.

I wish the in-game description mentioned that. I eventually figured out how to burn them, but as a newer player the description said they were safe to drop. It was my first time encountering them.

I believe the best solution I have found (for me at least) concerning bag bugs is to burn them all...It's not much but you get a coin for each one you destroy that way, heck I even tried tossing them to the clams (nothing happened)

Concerning bug 3...not a bug really just that the devs have not updated the text descriptions to show the new cooking times.

I had 1 happen on PC. At first I was relogging then figured out switching tools fixed it, on Pc hit 1(fishing pole) to switch from net(which is 3), don't know if something similar works on switch.
