HELP: Water wheel fragment location???

I can not find them and havent had any luck. Can someone please point me in the right direction?

Also, the omni-seeker has been MASSIVELY upgraded in 1.0 (not sure if you get it before water wheels though); it can find fragments, upgrades, and chests as separate targets now. I've been using it to scour previously explored levels and it has definitely found plenty of stuff I missed.

Oh havent made it to 4. You'd think since they want you to supply lvl 2 with them they would be on 2 or 3

I can see why you'd think that, but get used to treating level 2 as a hub and most of the other floors after it as just means to bring stuff back to level 2, until you get to the next hub.

Best place for your hub is at lv 12 at the old elevator site. Starting building mine today.
