If not, and you want to try for it, I would revisit the arena and walk up to the Nexus in the middle. After that, interacting with and warping from that Flag Nexus should work.
If it doesn't, we would love to know! Thanks again!
Having experienced that just yesterday, i have to say that i managed look around the area, try the "red" gate, notice it wasn't online... and then kinda giving up as i didn't think the others would be online as well. I kinda stumbled through the center which gave me the Sparks dialogue and the Fasttravel worked from the center one.
So i can see why someone might just "respawn".
The whole experience felt a lot like leaving the mall only to realize you have no recollection of where you parked your car, and the parking lot is huuuuge. XD
I don't know if this would have helped in this situation, but we sometimes suggest checking out the Audio Log in times like these. Maybe it will help in the future!
Although the Journal does keep track of your Tasks, it doesn't tell you when nor what order you received them in. However, your Audio Log keeps any dialogue events sorted according to when you experienced them. So if Sparks gave you some instructions or you heard some descriptive dialogue before you last logged off, it should be right at the top of the list to read and/or listen to!
Even with that, though, we would hope that both exploration and progress felt fun and intuitive rather than too tough and confusing. I will add your feedback, too!
I thought I'd checked all three pads but obviously not, I felt sure they were all dead even when I looked at the list with the bolt symbol, just didn't put that together.
Perhaps if Spark's comment is triggered at a later/different time/event or change the dialogue so she says something like "have to find one with power" as I built a crank and realised there's no way that'll generate 10MW so spent more time looking for a power source.
I did not get the Sparks dialogue at all after walking into/around all three teleporter. All three show as having no charge, but apparently you can use the center one regardless. I would never have thought to try this had I not found this post. Unfortunate that the room still seems buggy as of 1.0.
