No power for stacked planter

I tried to connect staced planter to power, but it shows ¨disconected¨ with this method https://techtonica.fandom.com/wiki/Planter .¨¨ You can use a wall of power floor to transfer power to the top planter¨¨. Only solution is to add normal floor on the top.

OK, machine that need power must be "ON TOP" a power floor (Including the new BB pieces).... Maybe they are planning to let these stack for power later when they add the vertical lifts... but for now you need a floor under it.
