That 1.3GJ should be showing in on Victor panel
You just need enough Accumulators to store 320GJ, which is a lot of them.
****The Steppers and HVC's are mono-directional****
(power only flows in the direction of the placement of the pieces)
After messing around with them for a few minutes, I was able to get Victor powered up.
Well, why yes, it is, just silly, considering that electricity (IRL) flows bidirectionally... following the path of least resistance...
All that aside. I got it figured out and have been able to continue the game this play through, finally.
So, YAY!
