Math wrong for Victor "tier 7" accumulated power requirements???

I have done several playthroughs, but cannot get "Tier 7" to unlock due to power requirements.

How may accumulators are needed for 320 MJ?

I have over 1.3 GJ of stored power, but it still registers as 0 at the victor panel!

I have everything connected directly with powered floor tiles.

the only stepper and High voltage cable I have are connected from the power tiles to the HVC port on Victor.

Do I actually need to produce the 320 MJ, or just have 320 MJ Stored in accumulators?

Or is this all just broken due to the steppers and HVC's?

AFAIK the hvc bug is just on monorails
That 1.3GJ should be showing in on Victor panel
You just need enough Accumulators to store 320GJ, which is a lot of them.

After messing around with them for a few minutes, I was able to get Victor powered up.

Well, why yes, it is, just silly, considering that electricity (IRL) flows bidirectionally... following the path of least resistance...

All that aside. I got it figured out and have been able to continue the game this play through, finally.

Once I got it powered and upgraded, it killed the feed to the production on the floor. Accumulators full, VICTOR is disconnected from it, generation works fine, but any consumers of power still show zero power after fulfilling the VICTOR stage...
