Blue cores?
Alright, fine, I'm an idiot ... I can't figure out how to make the blue cores, and apparently the rest of you have ... I have spent all morning I can't figure it out and better than half my tech tree left to research requires blue cores.

Between this UI, a map I can't read, not being able to read the numbers needed in the tech trees because they are too faint ... I am about to go write a review that says, "Not ready for prime time!"

Holy smokes, I play to be entertained, not pissed off.

the blue cores you can find are all in bases. some you can't even get by till you scan them. the last one is in the ship behind atlantum. so you need explosives to get it.

Blue cores took me quite a while to get. They're gated behind upgrading your texh tier, ut if you're seeing blue core requirements, I think you would at least have reached the ability to unlock them (They're on the science tab of the twch tree).

Based on you're description of the issue, it sounds like It's possible you just need to scan "broken" cores out in the world, which means some more exploring.

It took me a good chunk of time to find the 4 scannable blue cores I needed to unlock the tech -- a few of which were gated behind some doors that needed to be unlocked with some marginally expensive resource requirements. (_Producing_ blue cores is another relatively non-trivial affair).

As an additional note, I've seen a handful of comments on this board pertaining to ambiguity regarding progression, and it sounds like the devs are actively working on a lot of improvements for the game.

As a friendly suggestion, this game is in early access currently. I don't say that as a "we should just deal with it,", because that's not true. It's just as a reminder that a lot of things are in flux. There are some struggles, but the team working on the game appears to be very involved here, and they appear very receptive to feedback.

Its great to raise your concerns, but it benefits everyone when the criticism is constructive. It keeps the blood pressure down, and it helps the game improve.

It's the game that's raising my blood pressure Dyc3r! LMAO!

I will go looking for broken blue cores to scan, I have been exploring, I'm either not noticing them, or I am not seeing them outright.

Thank you for your responses guys.
