Management doesn't work on beta

Моя комната 3 м,от стены до стены.После обновлений не могу нажать ни смена аватара,ничего большего кроме арен слева и справа от меня.Не помешало бы добавить может перемещение locomotion в меню.Я просто упираюсь контроллером в стену....

Does the menu button on the right controller works as a weapon switch for your WMR?

Purchased the game a few weeks back. First time I went to play I had hands but could not interact consistently - never interacted with the tutorial. I rebooted my system and now I don't even have any hands (controllers not showing up). Any idea how I can fully reset/delete the application and then try reinstalling or better yet, any idea how I can flip a switch and make this work? Thank you in advance for any help anyone provides....

On the Oculus Quest port they work fine, but once i try to play it on Steam, the hands are stuck underground and not able to move. This also means i can't access the game settings to see what might be doing this or even re-calibrate my controllers
