Why Buy 23?

Why should we prepurchase a game without knowing anything about it. What improvements are there? What's new?

You realize this game has been sold to a company that is simply monetizing don't you ??? Improvements---you have to be kidding !!!!

Features for 23 will be released in their "Road to Release" information drops before the preorder discount ends. The game will also be discounted for the first week or ten days if you want to buy it from Steam. Nobody is being forced to buy to get the discount before knowing the full list of features. Whether you buy direct from OOTP Dev. or from Steam you will be able to get the discount after seeing the list of features.

Why buy it? Why do people buy Madden each year? Why do people buy NBA 2K? I'm looking forward to new rosters and being able to take control of various team in their current situation. If you're getting nit-picky with how little a game changes from one year to the next you must not have played sports games or Call of Duty games. I typically don't buy games like Madden every year, but for OOTP or FHM the league changes and player changes are enough to keep me interested for a long time.

This game is quite literally a roster update simulator. You don't actually play baseball. Some people want the game quickly and others will wait. No need to bash the roster update aspect of the game.
