Way too long starting up and freezing

So, Substance Painter on steam taking long loading time when it starts. What the worst is, my computer just freeze while starting SP. I can't click start button, and I can't even turn off my computer. It feels like computer just stops doing work. It will be fine when SP finally finished loading but it's taking too long. And it's pretty weird that I can't interact with anything on my computer while starting. Is this common issue on Steam SP or it's just my problem?

Thank you, I don't see anything suspicious, you may want to update your Nvidia driver. Do you have enough free space on your system hard drive?

I have enough space and just updated to new driver but nothing changed ..
