how can i access Substance Source if i bought this Painter 2021 from steam ? do i really need to pay for the whole subscription ?

You can access Source through the launcher downloaded through their site. You can download free mats from there but unfortunately the only way to get points for paid assets is by subscribing. Even then you only get 30 points a month and the only way to get more is to double up your sub for another 30 points a month...

i know but can i pay "less" only for Substance Source ? or i have to pay for whole sub with other programs just to get access to source ?

You would need to pay Sub to get it.. You are better off buying them from AAA, AA devs on Gumroad, ArtStation. its cheaper and better ones anyways. This way you don't have to worry about some stupid sub. I'm actually a developer for Designer , Painter for years..Since day 1... Most Source ones are not that good anyways.....So, buy ones you like from those sources.
