It's around a 0.15% pop for a sugar lump (without grandmapocalypse, around 0.13% with it).

You can wait for it, it'll happen in a long run. That's the really legit way.

Alternatively, you can buy an elder pledge, then export a save just before harvesting a riped sugar lump, harvest and reimport the save until the next sugar lump is a golden one (it can take some time and a few hundreds attempts...) It's save scumming, but nothing really prohibited as options to export/import are available in base game.

That's for the more or less legit ways. Finally, if you're really impatient, and not in some try hard achievers leaderboards, you can also use the cookie save editor (search "Cookies Save Editor" in a search engine) to change the nature of your current sugar lump to the one you want.

Side note : use Dragon's Curve & Reality Bending for Krumblor's aura when targetting those achievements (that'll push the odds above 0.3% for Golden)
