Help I can't enter a cookie gift code

So I can't get all achievements pls tell me how to enter a cookie gift code

You have to buy the heavenly upgrade that unlocks gifting when you ascend. Then you will see the gift box and its buttons in the top right of the options panel. There's a one hour cooldown after using send or redeem of gift codes.
