"Hardcore" achievement broken?
I ascended.

Then I got to "1 billion cookies backed this ascension" without buying any upgrades.

I did not unlock Hardcore.

Does that achievement include Ascension Perks? Do I have to completely wipe my save to get "Hardcore"?

You need to select born again mode when ascending by clicking the cookie next to reincarnate button to disable your ascension perks for hardcore, neverlick and speed baking achievements.
