So... when to pop wrinklers?

I have looked online and it seems like everyone has a different answer. Some say you should pop them all at once while others say you must only pop one at a time.

its however you want, no matter how you do it, you will get more cookies overall since when a wrinkler eats any and you pop it its automatically 15% (i think its 15) more than if you dont have any. Typically you only pop them when u need cookies for an upgrade or tower or whatever. Just keep popping until you dont need anymore cookies at that moment. The thing is, once you exit and reload your game, all cookies in all wrinklers are shared evenly between all wrinklers, like if you have 8 wrinklers with 10 cookies each and you pop 4 wrinklers, when you relaunch the game, all 8 wrinklers will have 5 because wrinklers re-spawn when the game is closed.... i think (ofc this is ignoring the fact that wrinklers keep eating more and more whether the game is open or closed, not sure how the game calculates those cookies)

i found that letting them all stay for a while and then pop them all at once is the best strat. Because with all the money you then receive you can massively increase your cps and then just let the new wrinklers spawn and consume even more
