Prestige upgrades 128/129

How many Prestige upgrades are there in the game? I have unlocked all the levels in the Upgrades tree. There are 128 of them in total. But 128/129 (99%) are indicated in the Stats.
What did I miss? And where can I find another one?

There is one perk that you can unlock if you ascend with a precise of total number of cookies, like a sort of series number that has 4 1111 digits into it.
It was something like that, i suggest you to look into it if that is the one you missed, since it's a secret unlock

My last prestige I was checking all the different upgrades I bought and noticed that I missed a couple. I find it's hard to discern which upgrades you bought compared to the ones you haven't.
So maybe you missed one?

I know there are three upgrades that only appear if your current prestige has at least 1, 2 or 4 sevens respectively. Maybe you're missing the last one of those?

Oh, how complicated and confusing everything is..
