You should have a high level garden to go for this (a large garden grid), so you can have at least 3 or 4 opportunities in one planting. Level 9 or 10 for this building allows you to plant four separate rings of Queenbeets and that's enough to mature enough Queenbeets simultaneously to have chances at the juicy one. You will likely have to plant for this several times, but it is certainly far from impossible. It's meant to be a hard one, not handed to you first try with one ring of Qeenbeets. Be patient and you will get it.
I'm not expecting to get it fast, my issue is that it takes hours to only get 1 or 2 ticks for what is something like a 0.001 chance per tick, before having to go through it all again.
the other low chance ones lasted a while which is fine
