The "You win a cookie" achievement.

I am on my 1st run, and am using no mods. I hit 10 trillion cookies baked, but I didn't get the achievement. Now it does also say "You baked 10 trillion cookies and made the evening news", so I don't know if there is something else that has to happen or I have to do. Anyway, I know that getting a single cookie is meant as a joke, but at this point achievements are hard to come by and help progression so I just wondered what was up.

Well on my game it says "Bake 100 Trillion cookies and make it to the local news." So a little bit more to go.

I just clicked on the Steam store page, and then went down to achievements, clicked on that and scrolled down, and it says "bake 10 trillion cookies and get on the evening news". Is it listed differently somewhere else?

So, this achievement did drop when I hit 100 trillion cookies baked. The Steam listing should be corrected, but as long as I got my Cheevo, I'm good.

It still needs to be corrected. Believe it says 100 on browser and 10 on steam. I'm at 60T on this run and haven't got it yet. Assuming it'll hit at 100T.
