drowsyfern growth issue?

timer doesn't seem to move past the initial 286 clicks for the wood chips and supreme intellect active while other plants still seem to grow at lvl 4 farm at the moment

Drowsyfern doesn't grow most of the time, but skips multiple ticks when it does.
