How to install mods?

I'm playing on the Steam version, so I tried installing some mods via the workshop, but when I launch the game, the mods aren't present. I checked, and I can see the mods downloading in Steam, but I can't see them in the game.

I've reinstalled the game several times on both drives (HDD/SSD), but nothing.

I tried manually placing the mods in the designated folder and extracting them using WinRAR, but again, nothing.

If anyone has any ideas or even a solution, I'd love to hear them!

You have to ""Enable" the mods inside the game options menu. Mods are set to Off by Default when you download them, and you have to enable them in game. Then it will restart with the mods in there.

Then all the Mod options are in the Options menu in game. At least I'm pretty sure that's the process. Obviously you have to "Subscribe" to the mods first.

and if you want the use the mod make sure to check all the things you want on. they are also off by default. its annoying but this is to prevent your save from being ruined why having things you don't want on.

Hey ! thx, yep i follow these steps, i subscribe the mods on the workshop but when i open the pannel "manage mods" there is no any mod that i install. There is only this mods "Cooler Sample Mod", "Language Sample mod", and "Sample mod" i'm pretty sure this is default mod but there is none of my mod that i subscribe :(

Check your app > mods > workshop > _zipped folder, the mod might have been downloaded into there. Unzip it and drag it into app > mods > local
