Hotkey for Upgrades Section or Fixed UI ?

Yo,

I'm currently working hard on getting a 100% savefile, reading up on lots of strategies and things to keep in mind, or milestones that should be reached before they become tedious to reach in lategame. And honestly I think I've done well to a point where 1000 Ascensions are the last thing I really need to pay attention on, since I'm a few billion Prestige Levels in now. I do know the strategy to ascend fast but there is one thing that keeps bugging me:
The Upgrades Tab/Section.

So for buildings you either select the [Buy 100] or hold down Shift to buy in 100x and then keep switching between buying specific buildings and back up to [Buy all Upgrades] but whenever you 'mouse-over' the upgrades, the section expands and pushes the buildings to a new location, and that messes with the hand-eye-coordination and muscle memory (even more when two rows of upgrades remain and everything only moves up again after 'mouse-out' movement), so what I would love to have in the game as maybe a mod or an implemented feature, or maybe it even exists and I don't know yet: Is either an option to set the Upgrades Section 'Fixed' to always only show the first 5 purchasable upgrades or have a hotkey to [Buy all Upgrades] instead having to move your mouse there.

Would love to get some other players input. Currently close to 200 Ascensions in and I am probably able to hold out this struggle, but maybe someone has to say something to that to improve my grinding experience.

Cookie Monster Mod has an option to freeze the upgrades window.

I've read a bit about Cookie Monster already, is that something that players are cool with, when they attempt to get all achievements without cheating?
