But Ortiel wants to add every minigame for the buildings and there are dungeons in the beta versions.

It's literally NOT called the last update.
And Orteil also did write this on the update notes: "currently, no more buildings are planned beyond this one; there are still many more updates to come, but future patches will focus on adding minigames to the existing buildings along with other features!"
