There's really no hard limit to how long these achievement names can be and to be quite honest I'm rather curious to see how far we can go.
Adolphus W. Green (1844–1917) started as the Principal of the Groton School in 1864. By 1865, he became second assistant librarian at the New York Mercantile Library; from 1867 to 1869, he was promoted to full librarian. From 1869 to 1873, he worked for Evarts, Southmayd & Choate, a law firm co-founded by William M. Evarts, Charles Ferdinand Southmayd and Joseph Hodges Choate. He was admitted to the New York State Bar Association in 1873.
Anyway, how's your day been?

condition to unlock: Bake 10 sextillion cookies per second.

to my knowledge there is no totally missable achievements, but there are some that become much more hard to get in the late game. One is for doing 1000 reincarnations, on reddit search for "Endless Cycle, slightly more in-depth" for more details. Also there is one to get all ascention updates and there are some updates that might be hard to unlock since it's hard to manipulate prestige level: Lucky Digit, Lucky Number, Lucky Payout updates. You'll need a certain amount of consecutive 7's in yor prestige level on ascention screen to be able to purchase them(in latest version of cookie clicker they no longer need to be at the end as far as I know.)

It can be a bit of a pain but I strongly recommend scrolling through the achievements and copying the achievements that you won't get from simply playing the game to "completion". Around 95% of the achievements are simply for getting a certain number of cookies per ascension, a certain number from clicking, a certain number of buildings or otherwise hitting an obligatory number. Thus it'll drive you insane having to scroll through those hundreds of achievements every time you want to remind yourself of the ones that actually take effort.

So make a list of the odd 50 that aren't just watching numbers go up. Then just Google any that you can't infer from the simple description (such as the long one you asked about, which as it turns out is just one of the "Get ____ number of cookies" achievements) and pin the description to the list you've made.

Trust me, as someone who was looking at the achievement list every day because I'd forget what a certain achievement required simply because there are so F****** MANY of them this will save you a lot of time in the future.
