Basically is there a guide on how to line these two up for the achievement and is there a way to improve your chances of an Elder Frenzy?

I've found some guides on how to REALIGN the two so they're back on track if you accidentally get a Cookie Chain/Cookie Storm but not one telling me how to align them in the FIRST PLACE. I've tried holding off on clicking the deer until the last possible second they're on screen, I've also tried waiting to click the golden/wrath cookies till the last second but neither seems to be getting the two closer to appearing on screen together.

Once that's complete though is there any way to increase the chances of an Elder Frenzy? Because even if I get the wrath cookie and the deer appearing to line up I've still only got an Elder Frenzy twice. Ever. In 300 hours of game. Surely there's some way to tip the scales in my favor and not just stare at the game for another 600 hours until I luck out, right? RIGHT?!!!
