CpS goes down after spending sugar lumps for building type level?

Anyone know why my CpS goes down after leveling up building types using sugar lumps? For instance just recently, I spent 8 lumps to go from Shipments level 7 to Shipments level 8, and my CpS went down from 182 septendecillion to 168 septendecillion.

Maybe I'm a bad Googler but I cant seem to find out and understand why. Anyone know?

Sugar lumps give a 1% bonus each (up to 100) so if you have less than 100 cookies and you spend them, this bonus goes down. you can A wait untill you have 109 lumps for your next upgrade of shipments or spend them and wait for them to regenerate and keep spending them.

Ah - thank you! So in a way, I'm not really losing CPS, I'm just removing the extra lump bonus from my lumps accumulating.
