stuck text box bug

has anyone else experienced an issue where the hover text boxes are kind of just stuck in the top right of the screen? or on another part of the screen?

is there anything else that fixes it or is that the only solution for now?

I'm only aware of these fixes.

A possible fix: you could verify the integrity of the game (right-click the game in the Steam Library> Properties > Installed Files > Verify integrity of game files), but before you do export (Options > Export Save) your save just in case if the game resets everything to zero.

all files verified successfully and my save wasn't wiped, but i'll play for a while and see if it's a more permanent fix. so far i've been fixing it with flicking my mouse between buildings and upgrades/switches a few times.
