Click on them rapidly to burst them. But, you may not want to: Google wrinklers to read the mechanics

you brought the one mind upgrade.. you can end it soon for a 5% CPS penalty or just not buy it next time. popping them gives you more cookies then they took

so I should keep them then? and where's this 5% cps penalty at? top right in the store?

To get rid of them completely you have to get the upgrade that appease the grandmas. Mind you there's many playstyles that include using the Wrinklers or not. Note there's upgrade and achievements involving them too.

Pretty much they consume cookies and you take a CPS loss from them but they also explode with more cookies than they eat overtime.
