Anything you want. I put in the cats that boost cps with the more milk you have and a holiday upgrade so that I won't have to worry about loosing it each assertion.

I find the cat upgrades are so easy to get I never need to slot them anymore. These days I slot my two highest +10% cookies, and my highest fractal engine, idleverse, and gigabrain upgrade tiers.

i generally run with this at the moment:

fortune #19 (fortune for cortex baker)
fortune #103 (cat fortune)
omelette (easter, makes other eggs drop more)
cookie egg (easter, clicks are 10% stronger)
golden goose egg (easter, gold cookies appear 5% more)

i generally run these because i find the easter eggs and fortunes the most annoying things in the game to obtain, so having some of the more useful ones for my point of the game just as i ascend is really useful to me, i think fortune #19 used to be thousand fingers because that's a pretty good one when you just get slot 1, but later you become so overpowered at the start of runs it isn't worth wasting a slot for it.

in my opinion,if your farming for heavenly chips either santas dominion with all overs using kittens or all kittens (if you have alot of upgrades)

all kittens isn't really useful lategame because you end up being able to purchase them all extremely quickly anyway, aside from the fortune one.

Omelette can be useful if you go for drops fast. Otherwise yeah just highest/fortune kittens and highest Cortex/Idleverse, unless you have a specific goal.
