How? I mean you can sell a full seed bank for i lump (which in itself takes a lot of time and active play), but other than that? What can the garden be also used for?

Selling a full seed bank gives you 10 lumps, plus at least one from growing a Juicy Queenbeet to maturity.

Try downloading the more ascension upgrades mod, its a well balanced mod that helps you get sugar lumps quicker by buying ascension upgrades

+ you can sacrifice your garden for 10 lumps each, get the auto sacrifice mod and youll be making 2 more sugar lumps per day or so

So how much time do you need to invest into your garden, to unlock every seed (and get your 10, not 1 lumps) each time, if you play optimally? 2 lumps per day suggests a full garden every 5 days. With that you could gain about 3 lumps a day, which still means more than a year of active playing and gardening ALL the time. For months on end.

theres a mod for auto sacrificing your farm, i use it, has cut down my time to get my sugar lumps by a countless amount, no way im waiting all that time manually doing all that lol.

Some may consider this cheating, but rather than spend years waiting for sugar lumps I got the achievements before my 1 year achievement.
Wait til you have 100+ however many you need to get from lvl 0->10 on anything, manually save, and quickly level something up to 10 then quit without saving. Repeat until you've had everything at lvl10, then you can just spend them on whatever you want.
