Shiny Wrinkler

So when is a good time to pop it? It just showed up a bit ago but I do not have the achievement for popping one yet, but I know it gives a massive multiplier on my other wrinklers.

No leave it up until you are about to ascend. It gives way too many cookies to waste it early. Get every last cookie out of it, so you get more Heavenly chips. It's 3.3 times the cookies it eats I believe, but it also gives it to all of your other wrinklers as well, so it's worth popping the other 9 (or 11) and leaving your shiny alive for a while longer.

It's just equal to 3 wrinklers instead of 1, other than being rare it's not really that special.

Incase you weren't aware, which you seem to not be aware... Every cookie one wrinkler digests, not eats, your other wrinklers also get. So one wrinkler eats 5% of your production, and gives you 110% of that to ALL active wrinklers. A shiny gives 330%, however.

It's not giving you the amount digested from all active wrinklers, it's giving you the amount it ate, individually. The bonus is 5% each, not 110% each and it's on the individual.

You only get to 110% with 12 of them, the way you're describing it would be at 1320%

The 330% number you're claiming would require 12 shiny wrinklers not 1, it's worth 3 of them (15% instead of 5%)

11 wrinklers + 1 shiny = 120% instead of 110% to the amount it eats, not 330% and you aren't getting back pops from other wrinklers, only itself with the boost applied to the individual

Popping one wrinkler does give you the total amount digested (or 'withered') by all wrinklers during its life plus 10%, every time you pop a wrinkler, which is why it's important to keep your wrinklers alive until you ascend if possible. A shiny wrinkler gives out 3.3 times the amount withered during its life.

Because wrinklers store a percentage of the total wither rate, each additional wrinkler adds a larger bonus than the previous one

The formula is in the wiki: Having one wrinkler multiplies your CPS by 1.005, 5 wrinklers by 2.125. Having all 12 wrinklers multiplies your CPS by 9.1318 (913%) with both "Wrinklerspawn" and "Sacrilegious corruption" upgrades. Having one shiny wrinkler among the twelve raises this to 10.59, 2 gives 12.04 times your cps and 3 shinies gives a whopping 13.50 cps multiplier. That's not how he described it, and they each have their own eating value, yes it scales, but a shiny is simply 3 of them in one

It's not worth arguing over, you still pop them the same time you would your other wrinklers, it's the same strategy either way which was all I said to begin with

I'm at a point where I add a few quadrillion prestige every time I ascend and the only thing getting me further ahead is dragon flight combos anyway. Idling a shiny wrinkler for an extended period of time longer than you would a normal one is just extra days/weeks without flipping your prestige multiplier by an even larger amount than you would get from being idle.

That is exactly how I described it. The amount they EAT is different from how many they DIGEST. They eat 5% of your CPS but technically give you a bonus 10% of your CPS per Wrinkler. But it is multiplicative because all wrinklers share their digested amount. One wrinkler eating 10 cookies a second gives all of your wrinklers 10 per second each, and they give their 10 to it. But then you multiply that amount to get the "digested".
