Is using an autoclicker considered cheating?

Considering this is a single player game I don't think it matters that much, that being said if you think using a auto clicker will make the game less enjoyable then don't use it.

I'd say if you're using an autoclicker to click 24/7 when you wouldn't normally be clicking, yes, but if you're using it at a reasonable click speed so you don't demolish your fingers or mouse when you do need to click fast for a frenzy or something that's completely fair

No one in their right mind should really care if people use autoclickers, it's your game, Do what you want.
It also makes it easier on people, including people with disabilities.

Well PCs with a numpad on the keyboard basically have a built in autoclicker so I don't see the problem. Either way, the game itself doesn't recognize that as cheating.

No its is not considered cheating. The game has a built-n "import mod" option and even shadow achievements only unlockable with mods. So mods are part of the game and the game is designed to allow them. Not cheating at all!

If you download it, yes. If you write the code yourself, no. I have a crude python script that clicks off so many times that I start when beneficial.
