How do I start a new game from scratch

I've deleted all saves ( I think )

Deleted 1454400 folder
Deleted cookie-electron folder from C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming

it keeps saying Welcome back and back to where I exited the game with building etc..

P.S I'm not using cloud saves

Have you tried to use the wipe out save button in the settings section?

Thanks, it seems to be running offline for some reason, I'll leave it, come back next year!!
