Tips for buying and selling buildings?

Is there a particular building (or grandmas) I should invest a lot of money into? Currently saving up to buy portals and I keep buying the most I can in each more recent upgrade. Is there something I should sell that I dont need all of either? This is the number of what I have of everything from Cursor to Portal

You should invest most of the cookies in the highest building you can afford. But you should invest in the lower tier buildings as well, just not as much. For example, if you saved up some cookies, for each low tier building, buy them until the next one will be 0.5-1% of your total cookies owned, then move to the next one.

So what number at this point in the game should I stop upgrading older buildings, based on the values I listed? My CPS is 199.238M. Currently saving for over 3T to get 10 more Alchemy labs to get the 7th grandma.

Still new to this game so I dont understand all the mechanics and stuff. I'm still stuck on how to understand the farm, and maximize the benefits of other minigames too.

In the early game I'd recommend not focusing a lot in the minigames other than the Pantheon and Grimoire, they are the only ones that can really give a big positive effect in your early game.

About the buildings, there's not really a "right" way to do it. When I started I just upgraded every highest building I had and when I realized I could afford other lower buildings at the point I could buy 10 at one single click I did it.

Other thing I can say, focus in the prestige levels, try to understand them. Once you ascend with a few upgrades you massively advance into the game. For example, when I ascended for the second time, I went from trillions per second to quadrillions per seconds in a matter of minutes.

So which pantheon upgrades are the "best" do you think? I play passively instead of actively clicking, unless I get a CPS bonus from a gold cookie. I figure the spells are subjective since each is different.

Well, as you said, the Pantheon is subjective. Like, I play with auto-clicker and auto golden cookie collector, so clicker buffs and golden cookie buffs are better for me. Since you are passive, I would recommend some CPS buffers: Holobore (15%/10%/5%+Base CpS), Mokalsium(Milk is 10%/5%/3% more powerfull) and since you want a boost for sugar lumps you can pick Rigidel(Sugar lumps ripen 1hour/40min/20min faster).

If you want to use a build like mine: Muridal(Clicking is 15%/10%/5% more powerfull), Vomitrax(Golden and wrath cookies duration +7%/5%/3%) and since I'm late game I use Rigidel to get sugar lumps faster.

Other than Rigidel, there is no sugar lumps buffs (at least that I know). It's more lucky/patiance based. You can be luck and get some special sugar lumps that drop 2/3 per day.
