Hand-Picked Achievement Not Working

I've now successfully manually harvested 2 sugar lumps and one meaty sugar lump at the "mature" stage, but haven't gotten the achievement for it. Does anyone know if this is a bug? I'm pretty certain I'm meeting the requirement, and I don't have any mods or cheats installed.

If you're harvesting before it's ripe when it still says it's mature and "there is a 50% chance it won't work" then you should get the achievement. Worked for me. Are you certain that when you harvested it that you got the lumps? Because if you get nothing because of the 50% chance, you don't get the achievement.

If it's not working, then it may be a bug.

I just got this yesterday from manually harvesting a lump, so I'm sure it's working.

smcallah already answered this, but I thought I'd make it 100% clear: If you harvest the clump when it's ripened but before it's fallen off manually, you won't get the achievement. You have to harvest it in the stage before that where it's something like a 50% chance of getting it and a 50% chance of losing it. Obviously, it's pretty suboptimal to pick it then but that's the achievement.

I have twice harvested now and managed to get the cube, and not got the achievement. (And also rather annoyingly done it 6 times and not got the cube.)

Not sure if I want to try again, but I want the achievement. Is there something obvious I am missing? I'm doing it once mature and pickable but before it is ripe, so it is on the 50% chance when I pick it.
