It wouldnt feel right. A mod to autoclick Golden Cookies, and then automating the garden, auto-buy stock market, etc. Why not just use "Game.Win(Game.AchievementsById[<ID>].name);" in the Dev-console. ^^
Where do you draw the line, you know ?

And it would take months to contact cheevo-Tracking sites like Astats to beg for forgiveness and explain to them, that you didnt cheat and it was just an "old save file" from a few years ago. ;)

I think I rather stick with Vanilla. ^^

Because he doesn't own the game on Steam, he would have a mouse icon on the forums if he did. Also it should be obvious from his 44,000+ hours claim that he's not on the Steam version, which hasn't even existed for that long.

To have that many hours he's basically been playing the game for over 5 years without ever closing it. It's only been on Steam a little over a month, your max play time with a Steam version (and no save import) could only be a bit over 900 hours and that's if you bought it day 1 and never closed it.

550 hrs/23.3 days on 17th ascension and making 1.5 Quindecillion CPS. Next upgrade will take around 1,800 days/5 years. yes that's right. Anyone gotten past this? or Know how to speed things up?

Don't wait so long for ascensions. Every hurdle can be overcome by ascending to get a higher prestige and then being active long enough to redo your holiday bonuses.

Also choosing set times to be active and cultivate gardening and switching your buffs around to maximize golden cookie collection means a couple hours of active play can give you weeks of idle gain.

It sounds like you're mostly playing idle and waiting on buffs. Cycling between both states on a routine will get you much farther. A few hours of activity, then go dormant and idle for a couple of days, then switch buffs for golden cookie and gardening again, etc.

5 years for your next upgrade? Nah, double your prestige and you'll cut that in half, then spend time getting dragon flights with max buffs from gardening and you'll have that in a week or less. Then do it again and you'll be in another tier waiting on the next upgrade above that, rinse and repeat.

I have an upgrade waiting to cost 12815 days, a couple more ascensions and a few dozen dragon flights and I'll probably have it in a week or two instead of 35 years.

I'm at 703 hours now and my Steam Achievement progress is 471/532. I'm just using an autoclicker (~1200 clicks per second), no ingame cheats, no hacks, glitches and no mods.

At 461 achievements and I think the most time-consuming for me at this point is the cookie stock market, gardening, golden cookie, and the fortune cookie ones. That will probably take a few months if not a year or more to complete.

On Steam it says 275 hours. Might be more, because it somethimes changes randomly. I also had a lot of playtime in the browser version.
My account has been running since September 19th, 2016 (a lot of AFK farming in recent years). I have not cheated a single cookie, never ever used an autoclicker. I'm at 519 achievements, currently working on 'Gaseous assets'

I'm currently doing the 'Gaseous assets' achievement. I started on 18th of June and I'm currently at 26.896.000$ out of 31.536.000$ stock market profit you need. Since I started grinding for this one, cookie clicker runs ~11 hours per day. So yeah, it takes a while, and there are other hard ones xD

I really love cookies and my Grandmother so I have to confess. I earned some of my achievement by using auto clicker.

I want to be honest with myself and my beloved cookies so I decided to delete all in-game progress and start over. I want to get all the achievements again, but can't delete this few steam achievements earned with AC, so I want to earn all of the in-game achievements and the rest that I missed on steam by my hands. You can take it as my redemption.
