Are there missable achievements? Including shadow

I just got speed baker or whatever its name was because I reached 1m cookies in under some time limit. What I'm asking is if there are achievements that are missable (including shadow achievements) because I didn't do X fast enough, or Y when I should etc.

By missables I mean that once that chance passes, you can never gain it, unless you restart the entire game.

There are a few achievements that can be done on a 'challenge mode' that you may select when you ascend. At the top near the ascend button in that screen you can change your game mode. Challenge Mode removes all the perks of all your heavenly benefits, sugar lumps, heralds, etc. and allows the gaining of Speed Baking (There are 3 levels to this, the fastest being 15 minutes), Neverclick, & True Neverclick. Once you have them you can just hit ascend again and return to your normal progress with all your lumps, heavenly chips, etc.

Thanks a lot. So to clarify, there is a way to gain speed baking 3 for example, even if I missed it this time.

Correct.

It's an option you'll be presented any time you 'Ascend' your progress at the top of the screen in the Ascension Menu.

Thanks a lot for your fast reply! I used to play cookie clicker back in the day so I know some end-game stuff, but they have really polished it now!

The only achievement that you can kind of "softlock" yourself out of is the one for 1000 ascensions, since the numbers later on are going to be so huge that it will take a very, very long time to do it, I recommend going for it when you reach ~100 Bil heavenly chips.

All shadow achievements are included with exception for the one for cheated cookies and addon one.

There are achievements for ascending with prestige numbers ending in 7, 777, and 777,777. If your prestige gets high enough the number will be rounded and those achievements won't be attainable without a hard reset

They are still in the game but they don't have Steamachievements.

You sure? I got Just Plain Luck and God Complex on steam as achievements.

All Shadow Achievements are unlockable ingame but some of them are not Steam achievements

No achevements of that, but you need it for an exclusive Prestige Upgrades, there are Ascend with the last prestige digit at 7, at 777 and 777,777.

Tip: If you have the game in english the number will be rounded, but if you're playing on other language (like spanish) where the numbers are diferent (for example, a Billion on English is a Thousand Million for spanish, and a Trillion on English is a Billion on Spanish, a Quadrillion in English is a Thousand Billion on Spanish and so on) the numbers are showing complete, so you can view the exact number of the prestige you have even if you have Trillions of Prestige Levels.

So just to make sure, the only stuff you can mess up is:

1 trillion HC achievement if you go too far
1000 ascensions achievement if you go too far
7 - 777 - 777,777 prestige upgrades

I heard that it was best to do once you unlock all the ascension perks, it is better at 100 bil heavenly chips?

EDIT: Tested it myself, it's not. Once you unlock all the perks in the ascension tree, ascending only takes 10 seconds.

In the settings menu you can turn "short numbers" off so it doesn't round up
