Definitely, but maybe not super actively.
One of the Golden Cookie buff (Click Frenzy, only ~3.5/4% chance) gives a 777x boost to the cookies you get per click for 13 seconds, so you might wanna take advantage of this one specifically since it's incredibly worth.

Later upgrades increase clicking power pretty substantially, as long as you can click fast enough it's faster than all of your buildings. For example, currently I'm clicking for around 1 third of my cps. One of the golden cookie boosts multiplies clicking gains by 777. There are also Achievements for making X amount of cookies with just clicking, each of which also unlocks an upgrade which adds 1% of your cps to your clicks which scales nicely during golden cookie effects.

Clicking is good, but if it feels too much for you, only click during, Golden Cookie Frenzy 7x for a period amount of time or Golden Cookie Clicking Frenzy x777, later if you get the Golden Cookie Upgrades to show up more often + Double Effect, during an active Frenzy, you can get another Golden Cookie during it's effect and can be x777 making it even more potent for clicking 7*777*CookiesPerClick [Note: Mouse Upgrades also scale with Golden Cookie Effects helping you increase your amount gained, very hand]

For pantheon what do you recomend to farm golden cookies?

I'm sorry, Pantheon is relatively new to me, I tried it a little bit during the browser, but I'm not really sure currently, since I am crazily starting over on Steam and working up slowly
