You can get this achievement in a vanilla way (without using the console) by renaming to "Yourname" saysopensesame. So, if your name is Alex, you must rename to Ben saysopensesame.

i think CCTA is completely removed from the steam version, but im also not sure, one of a few still unclear questions for me with this game right now

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Cookie Clicker\resources\app\start.js
set let DEV=false; to let DEV=true;
this will give you access to some debug features, including inspect element, containing the console, from there paste Game.OpenSesame(); into the console.
quick warning, giving yourself every achievement goes to steam too, if you want to remove them, you should use S.A.M.

I only See let DEV=0

Then change it to 1.
