There are some shadow achievement that unless you work into them may make reach 100% impossible, there is the one called ascend 1000 times that is totally a fun killer and i wish it was removed as an achievement altogether.

Forever indeed. Probably around 2 or so years.

The reason why is because of the sugar lumps. They take so long to ripen that it makes getting the sugar lump and building level achievements vastly time consuming.

Well, with sugar lump stuff you can literally uninstall the game and install it again a few years later and load your cloud save, game will generate all missed lumps upon launch, so time consumed can be 0. The rest of achievements - yup, half a year to a year in the best case. Stock market is the main offender.

Legit, at least 1 year for the 1 Year Legacy, but you can change the Date/Time of your PC 1 year at the future to get it, but thats cheaty in others opinion, but at least if you have that achievement you need the other achievements that need just luck, so you can do it on less than a year or 3 years or more than 6 years, depending on your luck.

ascend 1000 times would be a good achv if there was means of ascend without losing progress or other mechanics...
