I would keep clicking all the wrath cookies to increase your number of golden cookie clicks, as that is needed for a couple of achievements.

Also wrinklers never fill up, I normally pop them when I need a boost to reach a certain upgrade/milestone. Or just all of them at the end of an ascension.

I generally pop wrinklers in the morning and at night, they usually have a high return that way :D
