What are all grandmapocalypse phases?
A friend recommended me to stay at Grandmapocalypse phase 2, how do I when I'm there exactly? And *should* I stay at phase 2?

At "Angered," you will be able to purchase an "Elder Pact," which temporarily cancels the Grandmapocalypse, and while that's in effect, you will be able to purchase an "Elder Covenant," which is more expensive (and reduces your CpS by 5% while it's in effect!) but cancels the Grandmapocalypse indefinitely (until you turn it off, at least). So if you'd rather not roll the dice on a 66-100% chance of Wrath Cookies, it's best to go as far as One Mind (for the Wrinklers) but no further.

Sorry for the bad advice you got. Actually you should stay at phase 1. Do not get the 64 quadrillion upgrade.

You need to get to the final phase once to get the achievements from there, though. But other than that, only enter the first phase.

(You can for example at the end of a run before prestiging decide to invest the few extra hours to get the achievements from phase 3.)
