How to obtain the true ending?

You need to find and defeat all bosses for collecting the tooths (usually Flora's crew members). And free the Mysterious Pirate from one of the bosses. Then fight Flora Burn. After that, you get the last tooth. Go to the cemetary nearby and speak to the ladie there. You will obtain the most valuable item that will ensure your victory. Then you just proceed the story.

Ah understood. When it comes to prisoners in a cage with a dog guard those are safe to free out, right?...Or anything else i take? (Guess this one's a side quest without bad ending?)

Yes, those 'prisoners' don't affect the ending.

But they will rob you and take all your gold. Aside of this fact, it is safe to conclude this sidequest.

Yeaaaaa, i should've listened to the MC, but i thought "Maybe later something good will happen etc" then "OH FFFFFFFFFFFFFF!!!"

I fell for it the first time too - the same was for the bank guy in Hollow Knight (which was also a neat ida of the devs) :)

Money is no big issue in this game. You will drown in gold later. Espcially if you play David you will need no consumables at all to beat the game.

Yeah, just got the True Ending with everything OP'd , although i bought some mana to use the Up+Triangle skill to beat the frigging "vehicle boss" due to how long it could get and how buggy it can be too (If ya have the revive ring , even when pushed away you'll die again)

The game had some bad gameplay moments (Movements and attacking mainly) and sometimes unfair moments (Windy caves, repeating attacks from the enemy hitting and hurting nonstop)

I did all the bosses but i guess the Crow one was optional?... Coz ya just needed the teeth and i was like "BUT HE SAID I NEEDED TO DEFEAT EVERYONE!"...

All bosses which are not a crewmember of Flora are optional for the true ending, as they don't drop the golden tooths. Necromancer, Raven Morrigan, Morrigan, Lighthouse Keeper, King Clapper, if I didn't missed one, are not mandatory.

They just give you something extra (an ability or item) that makes the journey easier. For example the Transmutation Ring of Morrigan is awesome. You can switch characters on the fly by pressing the left controller button. Awseome to auto-refill energy with Arkane or heal yourself Bussa, killing difficult positioned enemies with range attacks with Buffalo.
