Out of transfer points for negotiations

Hi, can anyone help me please?

I'm in my first transfer window ons this version of PCM and I messed up regarding the transfer points. I used them all without renewing the conracts of my current riders. Is there a way to get more transfer points? I read a thread where someone said you can edit in some extra points but he didnt write down how. It would be highly appreciated if someone could tell me.
