On a side note, I recently started playing DROD RPG. I somehow never heard of it until after I finished this game lol. Great stuff so far!
I really like Myth Bearer's design. Sounds like you made the right decision with respect to cutting enemy spawning because, looking back on my first playthrough, I think the puzzle-world as a whole works really well.

I'm quite intrigued by what you've shared about your future projects on your dev page. Please post news here when your next game is available for play!
And yeah, I have something similar in the works that I'm hoping to release around April/May, but we'll see how that goes!
In comparison, I also spent a bit of time poking at the skeletons/graves/etc, which also do nothing (I think...), but at least those actually fit into the environment nicely and make sense to be there.
