Elisabeth I assume. Shortened to Lisa. Or maybe they're talking about Lucy, your handler that give you tasks via email? Maybe you should ask in the reddit thread?

Oh, I guess elizabeth had a photo quest at the beginning, was there more than the one? That would be awful since i'm already too far to go back now. I should just post on the reddit, but not signed up.

edit: Ok it seems some of the missions that are tagged job are missable. maybe it was meaning lucy then. Well i'll just try to finish those before continuing.
