Engine Tuning Job!

379 hp I can only get up to 374 hp I have upgraded and changed every part on the car that has a torque value, so there must be a bug,
also racing against time really sucks and the cars don't handle so well yet.
I love the game and hope that there will be a lot more content, like gas stations and other stores and maybe have a place to live where you can eat and sleep have to pay rent on the shop with option to buy, but you still have to pay bills. would be cool .

Just to be sure, you did also change out the ECU and Intercooler as well, correct?

So I built an engine for a car just now that had 389 HP. It was the Ultratorque 5L V8. I used Tier 2 parts for the following: ECU, Turbo intercooler, Flywheel, crankshaft, pistons, camshaft, valve springs, intake manifold, and exhaust manifold. If that doesn't work for you as well, then I assume that your game is bugged like you suspect.

I have built 389 Hp engine to but not for the car I need it for. Try to build one for the Hotch Rider 1965. The car does not have and ECU let me know how you make out Cheers!

Oh, yeah. That one is impossible to get to that HP rating since it doesn't have an ECU slot.

Ya I know its an older car back in my day we didn't have special computer chips to help with performance like all these fancy computer chips now a days lol.

Is there any way around the one with the Hotch? I didn't see this on time and have the 389 quest for it.

As of now, there's no workaround since there's no ECU slot on the Hotch. It's not so much a bug as it is an oversight by the developers when they made the random job generator.
