I have gotten the first lift and repair station but i cannot repair any others despite having 13K it tells me i need to fix the repair station that is already fixed...... help

Are you sure that you have repair station not repair table?

I did a mission and was able to repair the lift, then it stopped, another mission from the lady and it then let me do paint booth, its just repetition but its how its working for me, unsure if that is intentional

You have to gain renown (stars) to be able to fix other stations.

it shows that now, all good, issue resolved
